Wynnoutfitters Customer Care Promise

At Wynnoutfitters, nearly everything we make is custom-made just for you. Each item is stitched, assembled, and finished one at a time. Because of that, our policies differ slightly from mass-produced retail — but our commitment to taking care of our customers is central to everything we do.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

Customers are encouraged to review personalization details carefully before ordering. If there are questions or uncertainties, contacting us before production begins is always the best option.

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout
  • Typos or personalization details entered incorrectly
  • Preference changes after an order is placed

Our Responsibility

If an issue occurs due to an error on our side, we will make it right. This includes:

In these cases, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost. Customers should contact us within 14 days of delivery and include their order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

  • Incorrect personalization compared to what was submitted
  • Stitching or production errors
  • Workmanship or material defects
  • Damage that occurs during shipping

Repairs & Ongoing Support

We stand behind our work and want our products to be enjoyed for years. If questions arise later regarding care, wear, or minor repairs, customers are encouraged to reach out. Even outside the standard resolution window, we will do our best to provide guidance or reasonable repair options.

Wash & Care Information

To help embroidery last as long as possible:

If a customer is unsure how to care for a specific item or fabric, we are happy to help.

  • Turn garments inside out before washing
  • Wash cold on a gentle cycle
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  • Hang or lay flat to dry when possible
  • Avoid high heat in dryers

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible. Customers needing to update an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing it, and we will help if the order has not yet entered production.
