Wynnoutfitters creates made-to-order, personalized embroidery. Each item is produced after you place your order, using the personalization details you provide.

Because of the custom nature of our work, please review your order carefully before submitting. Once production begins, we cannot make changes to personalization, sizing, or other details.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order by email. Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we're unable to fulfill them (for example, if a blank item is out of stock). If that happens, we'll refund you in full and let you know.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include the cost of personalization. Prices may change without notice, but the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before you complete your order.

Personalization Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the personalization details you enter are correct—spelling, capitalization, and formatting. We stitch exactly what you submit.

We recommend previewing your personalization before ordering. If you're unsure about something (monogram order, font choice, sizing), ask before placing your order.

Color & Appearance

Product photos and mockups represent our items as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly due to:

Intellectual Property

When you submit personalization requests, monograms, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We use your content only to fulfill your order.

We may feature photos of completed work on our website or social media. If you'd prefer your order not be featured, let us know and we'll respect that.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please use a strong password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

We stand behind our products and will make things right when we make mistakes. However, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items ordered.
